What is Visier People?
Visier People is a people analytics platform that combines data from HRIS, payroll, recruiting and other systems into a pre-built workforce data model. It provides hundreds of ready-made metrics and analyses on headcount, attrition, diversity, pay and recruiting, plus benchmarks across customers. The Vee generative AI assistant answers workforce questions in natural language. It is used by HR and business leaders in mid-sized and large organisations.
