What is WalkMe?
WalkMe is a digital adoption platform that overlays enterprise applications with in-app guidance, walkthroughs, task automation and contextual help. It analyses how employees use software to find friction points and measure adoption across the application portfolio. WalkMe was acquired by SAP in 2024 and is integrated with SAP applications while still supporting non-SAP software such as Salesforce and Workday. It is used mainly by large enterprises during system rollouts and transformations.
